A UAE business leader with 38+ years of experience across investment, healthcare and enterprise.

Salem Al Katheeri is the Chairman of Vintage Investment Group since May 2023, leading a UAE-based diversified group active in public investment, real estate, commercial brokerage, trading, consultancy and project development.

He concurrently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Happy Medical Holiday, extending his leadership across the healthcare and medical tourism sector. With over 38 years of professional experience in general management at the President / Vice President level, he brings deep institutional knowledge to every venture under the group.

Based in Abu Dhabi, he has built Vintage around a clear principle: pursue opportunities where strategic capital, local insight and operational discipline compound into durable enterprise value across the UAE.
